I rarely leave reviews but this stay was SO DISAPPOINTING I feel compelled to. From arrival to checkout, staff were uninterested and unhelpful, even rude at times. Our room was not ready until 430 PM (after early check-in requested 1 week prior). I was never texted or notified that our room was even ready, had to go to front desk to check for myself after waiting for 2 hours. Then once we got to the room, the key wrist bands did not work. Had to go back to front desk to have them fixed. NO apology from front desk for that inconvenience. iPad in room not working so unable to use that to look at menus/maps/order room service throughout stay. Lightbulbs burnt out on our patio, so completely dark at night. Lightbulbs never changed throughout stay. No turn down service at night except the last night when they had failed to clean our room during the day despite the cleaning light being on. Called for bottled water to be delivered at 1030PM since it has not been replenished due to NO turn down service, waters never came. Live music at Manor Bar until midnight, could hear it LOUD and CLEAR in our room on the 7th floor. Food/drinks extremely slow delivery time at pool, waited >45 minutes for anything. No apology ever for the long waiting time. This hotel is NOT up to rosewood standards, AT ALL. I've stayed at many Rosewoods and the service is always exceptional so this was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning. Save your money and stay at the Hyatt if going to Baha Mar.
