For the price, I was very happy with the size of the room, especially for London. The staff member who checked me in was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We visited for the Comic Con weekend and we were all extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming, the room was perfect for what we needed and was very clean. Whenever we came back at the end of the day the housekeeping team did a great job at making the room comfortable for our return. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, nice variety of food for breakfast and dinners. Thanks very much for a really enjoyable weekend!

The location is convenient only if your destination is the ExCeL Exhibition Centre, but it is not close to restaurants, attractions, or any interesting areas. If you’re simply looking for a clean place to sleep near ExCeL, it may be suitable, but don’t expect anything beyond that.
