Staff was great. No elevator which pervent certain disability not getting a room higher up. Does make traveling with loaded belongings harder if you have to carry things up. Room was very comfortable and clean. Pool was wonderful only disappointment was the whirlpool did not work properly. Breakfast was great. Good selection to choose from. Would stay again.

Went to breakfast and there was no syrup and not much food in the pant maybe 8 piece of sausage and I got there at 7 am. And got ready to use the iron and it stuck to my pants right away and bunch of black stuff were on my 170$ pants and I try to get it off the iron and my pants couldn't get it off of either one so took the iron to the front desk which no one was there for almost 5 minutes the the lady comes back I told her it had stuff on the iron and could I get another one she told me no so I asked could she trade it for a different one in another room she told me no so I asked her could I just use a different one from anywhere else she told me no and she was the only one there so I asked her for a number to call she said I wouldn't get anyone it's Christmas good luck

The stay there was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Specifically because we walked into the room and the toilet was covered in feces. And then the terrible service where the GM had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Not only that, but there’s no elevator and the toilet was so low my grandmother struggled to get on and off. Plus their toilet didn’t work and they had to put their hands in the back of the toilet just to get it to flush. There were other things like some of the amenities didn’t work but nothing will be worse than the service. We were kind and understanding but the GM was very rude and then treated us poorly the rest of the trip. Would not recommend.
