I'd read the other reviews and was exlecting a great place. Got to the room and it was cold. I asked the receptionist about how to turn the geat on and she said the heater was preprogrammed to come on if it got cold. At what remperature was that, I asked. When it's below 68 degrees was her reply. She gave me a blanket instead. I was thankful for that. Many fixtures in the bathroom are rusty. No coffee in the room: it's only in the reception area. This place needs help. Im sorry i followed all the other glowing reviews. I suggest you don't.

We love the time we spend in this place. Next year, we will run the Cape Cod Marathon again and this is the place we chose to stay.

Great location! The room was clean and the front desk and workers were very nice! Felt safe as a solo traveler. The bathroom door couldn’t actually close or lock. But other than that perfect stay, walkable to stores and dining, would stay again!

A good value for the area, room was clean and in good condition, some aspects of the building show its age (bathroom especially). Overall it was a perfectly suitable place to stay just no bells and whistles. A few restaurant options that were easily walkable if you’re not wanting to drive or having to walk far. The driving distance to other stores and restaurants was minimal. We intended to stay in Falmouth overnight and then take the Island Queen Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. This all worked well because this room was much less expensive than any hotels on Martha’s Vineyard and it is a few minutes drive from where the ferry is docked.
