I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel, largely due to the restaurant and the superb menu! Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no lift to the rooms which could prove a problem for others and stacked chairs in a space when heading to the rooms which was not very professional in my view. But overall I loved it and would stay again for sure. Excellent for access to the hospital.

Really enjoyed our stay staff so friendly and helpful. Parking available, public transport right side outside . Room nice clean . Maybe a little further away from Glasgow then I thought but was no problem getting there with the public transport and the help of the staff. Lovely place to stay

Nice place, like many places now days staff may or may not be available for simple questions, like leaving early morning and front door locked, only through using some logic was i able to get out by pressing a green button off to the side. This maybe the norm in the country, but for Travellers outside the country (north America) this is a little different, not wrong, just different.

Good, large room and very comfy bed. Large shower with good pressure. We arrived very early having made better time than expected from our previous location and a great effort was made to get our room ready which was much appreciated. Good location with a car as on the outer edge of Paisley. Didn't eat in the restaurant but it seemed very popular and prices appeared reasonabe. A couple of negatives - some external noise from a generator outside through the night and audible sounds from other rooms as well as doors shutting, and the access to the car park from both entrances had large potholes but these didn't outweigh the positives.
