The breakfast was AMAZING! The lady at the desk my first night deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to help me and others. The rooms was fairly good for the most part. The AC messed up but they gave me a better room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Furniture was well used and it showed. Needs updating. Chairs in lobby were stained. Breakfast was not appetizing. Friday morning they were out of breakfast items like fresh fruit. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the evening desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Defective TVs 3 white lights on your screen on every TV in every room including the lobby. It is very annoying to watch. Management purchased them knowing they were defective and flipped off every guest if they did not like it. They do have parking for anyone who is pulling a trailer.

My experience here was horrible the staff entered my room multiple times during my stay without knocking and when addressed the housekeeper went downstairs and made up a lie that we was smoking in the room when we don’t even smoke never have a day in our life. The office manager put her fingers in my face and once I addressed it she decided to call the police to have us leave the property. They are extremely unprofessional and will lie on you

The stay there wasn't all bad. The Lady that checked me and my children in around 4pm was so sweet and welcoming. I didn't care for the woman that worked the front desk in the morning during my stay. Each time I spoke with her she was very rude. But other then her every other staff member I met were extremely nice and helpful.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. However, I did encounter several issues. First, I put food in the refrigerator. The next day, I discovered it wasn't plugged in and had to discard the food. The carpet around the air conditioner was damp. The breakfast was taken up early on Monday morning and we were unable to eat. Finally, guest ice makers weren't working. You had to find an employee and ask for ice. However, they were quick to provide it when asked.
