Lovely decor and very comfortable bed. Radiators were not on during our stay and bathroom was cold. Excellent location for visiting Stansted Airport which was only two miles away.

Very clean character property with nicely decorated rooms. Very close to Stanstead airport. Just a shame the Thai restaurant was shut at short notice the night I was there as I was looking forward to a meal there. Would definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money as well.

Not a boutique hotel, but pleasant and comfortable

Stayed in a separate self-contained building, which was comfortable and reasonably equipped. This is more of an Airbnb style accommodation - there's no reception or services, it's just a set of independent self-contained lets.

Beautiful room

I was blown away by the absolute beautiful room. It was clean and comfortable and very chic. Very helpful. Owner went above and beyond ordering my taxes and making sure that I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend

Cleanliness

Good one night stay near Stanstead Airport. Room did smell of smoke. Wiped down surfaces and bathroom floor, wipes were black from floor, brown on services.

Not suitable for tall people. Wonky TV stand. No suitable table for kettle. HUGE spider. But quirky if you like staying in a haunted room.... thankfully only a ghost cat.

Dirty

Unfortunately the cleanliness was diabolical There was poo in the toilet, spiders/flies everywhere, the bed had crumbs and fluff in it, one walk on the floor bare foot and my feet was black. Won’t be staying again. Cute room with potential but failed.

The room was quite noisy with the road noise. The shower door did not shut and water sprayed everywhere from the shower head. There was no hair dryer. THERE WAS ABOUT ONE EIGHTH OF ROLL OF TOILET PAPER

Discusting behaviour

AVOID! Took my money to stay there after they said they would whatsapp me the security code as we were checking in early hours after a flight. Was left at 3am with a young child in the cold and rain because they didnt send me a code.
