床與洗手間都清潔，唯獨企缸去水處有些慢，熱水時熱時轉冷，2人床只得一張單人椅，另一人要企或坐床，希望這些能改善，大致上都尚好

stayed four nights in a single room with bathroom - the room is clean and looks renewed recently - be warned that the hotel is beside a nightclub. There may be DJ playing songs very loudly until 2am, especially on weekend. It is not in every night though. - staffs are helpful but no housekeeping - the location is convenient

The room could have been cleaner (I.e. vacuumed!) on arrival. No toiletries/ soap/ shower-gel etc. available either. Staff were polite and pleasant however.

Very disappointing. Room had a horrible smell, the shower didnt drain, so had to limit showers so that it didnt flood the bathroom. The towels were damp, we had no toilet paper. Would definitely look at other options next time.

La habitación estaba sucia, tenia manchas de sangre la cama, la regadera estaba llena de pelos. Por el precio que cobran uno esperaría al menos limpieza. Nos vimos forzados a buscar otro hotel la misma noche que llegamos. La propiedad ignoro mi petición de un rembolso.

This property is disgusting. Filth, stinks of smoke. No heat, broken windows, broken furniture. I can’t believe any positive reviews of this place were written by anyone who stayed there.

The property is undergoing a spruce up, but the room was clean, location was convenient, staff were good and helpful. We had a visually challenged family member the front desk made a note and assured us that if the was an evacuation then the hotel would get them out first.

The owner was new and it was obvious that he is trying to improve and upgrade. He was fair in giving us a refund when we found bed bugs in the room.

Worst hotelroom ever. Bedbags in the beds, the room has never been cleaned. We made complains and the man in the receptionen gave us a new room next door and told us that they have had problems before with bedbags. We didnt sleep at all that night and we have asked Hotels.com for a refund. They take no responsibility and is only referring to the hotel itself.
