Very noisy with revellers on a Thursday night at back of the hotel. Then woken at 5:30am with successive bin lorries emptying commercial bins. Shower sealant full of mildew.

The hotel could be a whole lot better but it just looks and feels tired and unloved. Bathroom and carpets are not clean enough, walls needs painting. Some TVs dont work and some rooms are very noisy on bin collection days.

I’ve enjoyed four wonderful days and nights at this wonderful hotel! The staff was so friendly and kind and made one feel so welcomed! The hotel is two minutes away from the train station. Good continental breakfast. I already miss the hotel, the staff and beautiful Inverness. Best regards/ Alexander

Basic, clean and comfortable. The couple running the guesthouse went above and beyond to make us welcome. After arriving on the Caladonian Sleeper train from London (and getting very little sleep on the train) They juggled rooms around to allow us a room at 9am when check-in wasn't till 3pm. Nothing was too much trouble.

It’s an okay place to stay, room was not the most clean but for one night it worked, sheets had stains and we found small hair strands on the bed, breakfast was okay, very simple not much to choose. Overall a okay place for us since we just stayed one night:)

The host informed us upon arrival there was an issue for our room. However, they relocated us to a second location that was very nice. If we wanted the complimentary breakfast we had to go back to the original location. Would’ve been nice to get a credit instead. Otherwise great location to local restaurants and tourist activities
