If you’re coming late to the property then the check in process is automated through a machine and for me it caused quite a lot of issue since the POS machine was not responding. So i had to be stranded outside in cold rainy day for almost half an hour.

Arrivée en plein après midi, 17 h, réception fermée donc obligation de passer par automat, pas très agréable. Moquettes dans le couloir étage plus que usée, porte de la chambre 104 dont la serrure semble avoir été forcée, pas très encourageant au niveau sécurité, cette chambre devrait être neutralisée en attendant réparation. Chambre propre sans plus, literie de qualité (au moins 1 bon point) salle de bain d'un autre âge. Bref cet hôtel devrait être remis à niveau. Petit dejeuner tout juste convenable, par rapport à d'autres hôtels de la chaîne nettement plus agréables. C'est la première fois au B&B Valence, ça risque fort d'être là dernière fois à cette adresse.
