因為我們過了check in時間，打電話訊號不是很好，斷斷續續，有的時候電話斷掉，過了很久沒人接電話，溝通上有點困難，雖然後來還是有派人過來，但覺得這個溝通可以在更順暢一點。

We stayed at the lakefront apartments. We loved the apartment, great view, good location, big space, kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Downside was that the elevator was broken, and we only had one night out of three with internet, and the stairs inside the apartment was squeaky. But still, overall, i would recomend this place! It was very clean and comfortable.

地理位置很棒，对面就是湖景。缺点是房间设施比较老，不隔音。我们住的13号apartment。由于睡房在楼下，木质结构的楼梯，上下楼梯的声音在睡房里听上去像要拆楼一样吵。不靠湖的房间可以听到楼下人的说话声音，不能很好的休息。

Location in a quiet street make you feel peace.

Very big room over 50 sq.M. The large open kitchen can occupy 3 person to cook together. Only the disk washing machine and drying tumber are out of order. :-(

The room is not very clean as there are cigarettes ends left by the previous tenant and the bathroom is not very clean. We are a group of 7 and there are not enough amenities for us. Staff is good as she arranged the cleaning and the fill in immediately and helps us to move the luggage up the staircase. We are a group of 7. Although there are 3 bedrooms but only one bathroom. It is very inconvenient for us. The seaside view is good and the balcony is large.

Misleading pictures

The apartment did not look like what I booked! It smelled like old kitty litter. It was old and dated. The shower curtain was falling off, the hot plate wasn’t working but they did fix it. The master bedroom had no windows and was like a tomb. It was uncomfortable. Hotels.com should know this. It was nasty. It did have a parking spot and you could see the lake sort of. I expected a nice kitchen as well. I would never return

A real shame. This property could be great if was looked after well. Great views and location but….. Absolutely stank to the point we had to leave the balcony doors open all night and day to bear being in there, cleaned poorly to the point of some things being really gross (the sheet were clean we will give them that) and very badly maintained. Hope that start looking after the properties but until they do avoid!

We booked a room with a nice lake view, but it was absolutely terrible and beyond disappointing. If I could, I wouldn’t even give it one star. The description of the property was misleading and included false information. The building was extremely old, with broken windows that frequently let bugs in. The door lock was nearly broken, and we struggled to get in every time. The dishwasher was broken, filthy, and emitted a foul smell. The washing machine was also dirty, making it difficult to use. The carpets were disgusting, with dead insects scattered around, and insect remains stuck all over the walls. One of the bedroom lights was broken, and some bedside lamps didn’t even have bulbs. A small table was broken and dangerously wobbly. The kitchen drawers were falling apart, with front panels coming off. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the toilet paper was placed directly on top of the tank. The parking lot was narrow and extremely difficult to navigate. The cleaning was completely inadequate, with dust accumulating everywhere. During our stay, we developed nasal issues and suffered from dust allergies. Despite requesting the staff to fix the dishwasher and clean the carpets, nothing was done. The place was unsanitary and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances. Very disappointed.

Perfect location. The second bedroom was very dark with almost no window to open. Parking is very tricky if you have a big car. We had a Toyota highland and couldn’t park it, because there was a bigger car parked next to ours. Luckily they had extra spots available for the 3 nights we were there.

Love the property in fact stayed there 2 years ago. Outlook over lake and mountains exquisite. Walking distance to town centre and free parking. Reception allowed us to park our car at reception after checkout, as our flights were later in the day. .The receptionists were very polite and cordial a credit to the establishment.

Apartment was spacious, with amazing views. Decor a little outdated but in good condition. No real parking except at motel next door so you have to carry your bags in. The parking is free however. Staff very helpful and excellent communication.

Two bedroom with kitchenette and ocean view. Older, not updated and wouldn't say well maintained - only adequately clean. Carpet old and believe it was that which smelled. I think. My husband and son fixed multiple things in the unit over the week. eg. Non-flushing toilet, closet door not opening / closing, drain on balcony clogged which with the amt of rain was a concern... We came in for ski vacation, rental SUV didn't fit in parkade so had to park down the street whole trip. Extra Parking was usually busy / tight as sharing with the motel, but they let us park there. Place is well located, so probably why priced how it was. We might stay again, but I would probably look around a bit for the price to be sure before I booked again. In my mind, I was paying a bit more for the lake / mountain views (outstanding), as I hung out a lot while the rest skied.

The car parking was tricky. Very narrow driveway. But once we parked things got better. I was on crutches so the stairs were a challenge. The bed were comfy and the apartment was clean. The views were the best part.
