Slightly disappointed that I paid extra for a balcony with riverview because the balcony was covered in cobwebs so we hardly spent any time out there but it was a minor inconvenience. The pool temperature needs to be warmer especially in winter temps. Also it would be nice to have breakfast included with every room for price of rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful to anything we needed eve though it was thanksgiving. The lobby area was clean and inviting.
