We arrived on a Wednesday around noon, and could directly check-in and get a room, great! Lunch was ready for us so a great entrance, right? We entered the room. Being a single dad with 2 kids (9yo + 10yo) we got a room with a double bed and a 'stone age' folding bed which was pretty much on the ground. This kinda dimmed our happy start, especially because the Air-conditioning was not working. We complained to the reception, and they promised the technical service would come and fix it, but after 2 sleepless nights and daily complaints we got back and asked for a solution (new room). We got the new room.. 815 was an upgrade for us as we moved to a double and single standard bed (like expected for the booking) and had a working air-conditioning. The view from the Hotel is simply amazing... we saw a lot of complaints about the pool and dirty water. Agree the water was foggy, but we did not experience any issues or found the water unacceptable. There are 2 pools.. one is more quiet in the back and the beds are great there. Seems not everyone is aware of that pool. The food was just fine... simple and not that many options, but fine. Drinks are not great but fine for the money paid for the all-in concept. Beer is a cold refresher, but low in alcohol % i guess. Have used the gym almost every day but it's all very old and not everything is working. For Cardio you will not have that much of devices that work.. for lifting weights you will be OK.

The room we had was big, with a very comfortable bed and a cute little balcony. It was very clean. The staff, food and site were amazing. Beautiful resort. Nothing was too much trouble and they even offered us food and drink when we arrived at 2am.

Ich war sehr skeptisch als ich die Bewertungen hier gelesen habe. Wir sind als Familie pflegeleicht und haben keine große Erwartungen. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg und cca 5-10 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß. Das essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Bedienung im Restaurant waren sehr lieb und hilfsbereit ( Wir hatte unsere 2 Lieblinge )😊 Vorhanden ist ein Pool und ein Kinderbecken Es sind auch genug liegen da. Spielplatz und noch ein Pool ist 50m neben Restaurant, das haben wir allerdings am Tag der abreise gesehen😊 Das Zimmer war groß, und sauber und mit Meerblick, das bett war groß und bequem. Und ein großes Lob geht an den Hotel Manager! Als er bemerkt hatte dass mein Sohn allergische Reaktion hatte ( Durch Mückenstiche) Haben wir sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Het personeel krijgt een dikke 10!! Heel vriendelijk. Het uitzicht op zee is prachtig. Het eten (all inclusive) is meer dan prima; ruime keus en lekker. Echter de accommodatie zou ik niet weer kiezen. Begrijp de toekenning van de vier sterren niet. De faciliteiten zijn oud, echt oud! De kamers zijn redelijk. De bedden zijn matig evenals de badkamer. Ook hier alles oud. De schoonmaak vind ik ook matig. Na 4 dagen hebben we gevraagd of men de badkamer vloer eens wilde schoonmaken. Mijn inziens dus zeker geen 4 sterren.

Wunderschöne Aussicht in ruhiger Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption und super Barkeeper. Das Personal beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen war sehr freundlich aber unterbesetzt. Nur für Personen, die gut zu Fuss sind aufgrung Berglage 10 Minuten zum Strand und 20 Minuten in die Stadt.

Le personnel est très accueillant La chambres propres mais avec une climatisation très ancienne qui fonctionne difficilement, nuits donc difficiles au vu de la chaleur La vue est superbe Les repas sont à mon avis problématique niveau hygiène Nous étions trois et avons tout les trois été malade ce qui nous a cloués aux toilettes 3,5 jours sur cinq … Je ne recommande pas de prendre le all inclusive du fait de cette problématique des repas

Update zu Meerblick war möglich leider zwei grosse Bäume vor dem Balkon nur seitlichen Blick auf Meer.Wir hatten ein Zimmer das leider wegen Wasserschafen einen schrecklichen Boden hatte. Überall hat er sich gelöst und gehoben. Minibar bei 4Sterne Resort leer,Kaffe und Tee stand zur Verfügung. Lavabo war defekt wurde aber promt erledigt. Jeden 2Tag frische Tücher und Bettlacken.

Great hotel but the beds are from hell

Allt var bra förutom sängarna som var så hårda som stenar. Inte direkt 4-stjärnor avseende den delen. Utsikten var magisk och poolområdet jättebra. Middagsmatsalen såg ut som en skolmatsal. Kan behöva en inredare akut. Vi åt middagarna ute. Lunch och frukost var bra. Men vill du sova i komfort - välj ett annat hotell.

Un hôtel très joli, très propre. Une piscine très agréable avec une magnifique vue. L'hôtel est cependant un peu isolé et une voiture est nécessaire pour visiter des sites. La plage en contrebas est très petite. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours présent et voulant aider les clients. C'est vraiment un plus. Dernier défaut, la connexion Wi-Fi n'est pas bonne.
