美麗的房間 盡責的老闆

老闆很熱情對待客人，仔細地為我們介紹地圖並且告訴我們注意事項，在我們離開前一天特地來和我們道別及貼心提醒我們計程車預訂時間，房間及浴室很大又乾淨，衣櫃也很大，採光好，通風良好，打開窗戶就可以看到鬥獸場，雖然不是全景，但窗戶望出去的視野真的很棒，而且地鐵就在旁邊，也有很多公車站，吃早餐的餐廳，一出民宿大門就到了，所以可以望著鬥獸場吃早餐，一切非常美好。

美好的住宿環境

飯店面對競技場，讓我每天出入都能見它ㄧ眼，真是壯觀！房間內雖有點小，但整體感覺很好，乾淨！飯店下方即是地鐵站，去梵諦崗或特米尼站都相當便利！ 另外，早餐就是在飯店ㄧ樓的酒吧餐廳，店員服務優，也會記得你的需求～ 有機會在羅馬住上2-3天的這可以是你的選擇之一喔

We only stayed one of our two nights. It was noisy from all the tourists and the other people coming in and out. There’s no place to keep or get basic things like waters without leaving and no one on site ever to ask questions. Then when you get outside you walk into a stream of tourists and people hustling goods.

Ingen luksus, men ganske fint!

Værelset ligger meget centralt, med fin udsigt over på colosseum fra vinduet. Claudia var meget sød og hjælpsom. Værelset var rent og der blev gjort rent dagligt med rene håndklæder. Dog var dørkarmen rådden i badeværelset pga af fugt og fuld af mug! Knappen til toiletskyl var ved at falde ud når man trykkede på det. Så badeværelset er ved at være godt slidt. Det er ikke noget luksus ophold, men det ligger centralt med en metrostation lige under.

Great view and location!

The rooms were comfortable enough. The location was excellent as well as the view. The elevator was sketchy. The hardest thing was the address/directions. They didn't tell us enough about how to find the place (such as which floor it was on). Also, it wasn't really a hotel ... just a group of rooms for rent.

Don’t recommend. Charged more than agreed upon price. Never at property. Didn’t take passports. Helped obtain car service and quoted a lower price than I was charged by driver. Not reliable place to stay.

Pros and Cons, but overall a great stay

Nice rooms, and they were kept clean each day. AC didn’t seem to work great, but the window was easy to open to let in fresh air. We never interacted with anyone at the front desk, which was a little weird. Claudia was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, including videos of how to enter the property since we had to check in very late around midnight. Was the only place we stayed in Italy that required we pay the tax with cash. Was also the best shower we had. Breakfast options were limited to instant coffee, but there is restaurant at the bottom of the building. Is located on the 3rd floor, so steps got to be a little annoying. Elevator is a little retro and small so not super convenient to use everyone. Location is pretty solid, straight across from Colosseum and a short walk to the Colosseo metro station. Maps are a little deceiving though, as there is a hill with steps between the property and the Colosseum, so the walk is a little more involved than you might think at first. The views from the room are pretty good, with a view of a slice of the Colosseum and of the Temple of Venus. Not quite a panoramic view as property name suggests, but that could have just been our specific room. A little noisy at night, but that’s somewhat to be expected given how close we were to a popular attraction.

I don’t know where to start. From the blaring music that went on until 4am to the opened sachets of sugar in the sugar bowl. It just felt a little dirty/run down. No one was at the property to help at any point. The hair dryer exploded blew the power. I couldn’t get hold of the owners (for a little while) so I had to find the fuse box and reset it myself. My daughter kept waking up to the rowdy crowds in the wine bar below. At 4am the drunk men singing outside our window started to scare her as we were alone. I booked a different hotel for the next night. This would have been fine for a couple who want to be part of the night life but not for children. The only good thing about this apartment was that it was directly opposite the colosseum which is stunning.

We enjoyed our stay here very much the place is lovely with the decor we would come back here again when we come back in June , the colosseum is steps away beautiful in day & nite the foods are all around you to the left & right great meals & drinks great service . Claudia & Roberto are awesome, Claudia responds quickly when you Tex her AA Plus to these two great people . Ciao Bella 😊

Claudia is very responsive & very helpful. I thought it is B & B but it was misunderstanding. No breakfast according Claudia. You have to make reservations with breakfast. If I knew I wouldn’t stay there. Having breakfast in the morning from hotel it is definitely different. Room is very small hard to find places for luggage. Also we hung the no disturb sign outside still someone came in inside the room to leave the spoon which should not be. Location was very nice.
