Laura's guidance was precise and very welcome. We adopted many of the recommendations from both the restaurants and the tourist attractions. The proximity to the Colosseum is impressive. Because of this, there is a lot of activity nearby. However, the noise didn't bother us at any point. Finally, I would like to suggest installing a shower curtain. This is not a criticism... just a suggestion. The experience was extremely positive.

I love the location and the cleanliness of the room! Laura was so sweet and very helpful when I had questions and help. I highly recommend this place. It is so convenient. Close to the metro, restaurants and most importantly, it is right across the colosseo.

Enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The location is great and steps away from the Colosseum. Since it was so close, it was a little bit noisy at night, but that’s typical for staying in a big city. Getting into the property initially was a little difficult as you have to input a code and the touchpad wasn’t responding and the person at the desk is just there until noon. We finally got in, then had to go through a few more doors. We were given video instructions, but it was initially confusing, especially after a long flight. We were later given a key to the building door and all was well.

To be clear: This is a B&B. Laura is fantastic! She sent videos on location how to open doors before we arrived. She was very helpful with suggesting or locating markets etc. We had room 2 the view was amazing. The windows are noise canceling. The beds are very comfortable which is very important. Water takes a minute but gets hot. If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the location. I was able to enjoy a glass of wine with the windows open, people watching one evening. If you love clean, secure, welcoming place to rest and recharge every night. This is the place. Laura, thank you for everything. You made the last leg of our journey feel like our second home!! Ciao ♥️♥️

From start to finish, our stay was great! Laura is a fantastic host who took care of all of our needs. The location was incredible! Nice bed, huge bathroom and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. And it never got old to see the Colosseum right outside the door. Just amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Our 5 night stay at Colosseo Panoramic Rooms was exceptional. The location of the property, the amenities, and the clean, comfortable room made our stay stress free. A lite breakfast was provided in the cafe next door, which was a nice way to start the day. We had no need to ask for anything during our stay because everything we needed was already thought of and provided for us. The highlight of our stay was the absolutely lovely manager/hostess, Laura. From making sure that we knew how to access the property on our first day, to the tips she gave us to make our stay in Rome fun and safe, we are truly grateful to her. We enjoyed seeing and talking to her every day as she made us feel like friends. Our stay at Colosseo Panoramic Rooms was wonderful and we highly recommend staying there.
