Really enjoyed our stay! Great value for the location. Hammersmith is very well located. Staff is friendly. Currently there are some renovations going on on the exterior but they manage it well and no work goes on at odd hours. Great location with bus stop right outside. Great bakery and pubs etc very close. Our second stay and we'll be back. Lovely room with fridge. My husband struggles with stairs so we were given a room on the ground floor. Staff very attentive and accommodating in the main. Clean and lovely new breakfast room. Very busy at the weekend so avoid that if you can.

Exellent staff, great position near the underground services (Hammersmith or Shepred's Bush) with bus stop next the hotel. Very good and assortite International breakfast (for italians guest no espresso coffee or cappuccino). The room It was daily cleaned with new towels, private bathroom, little but confortable. If we will come back in London one day, we will book again in this hotel. Thanks for all !
