This inn is a great find. The location is perfect with a short walk to the heart of historic Charleston. They offer a nice breakfast and snacks through out the day. The room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I’d return without any doubt.

Excellent location. We walked to all sites and restaurants. Felt very safe. Our room was small but comfortable. Nice breakfast, midday snacks, wine & cheese at 5:00 and cookies in the evening.

Wonderful courtyard to eat breakfast in or have wine and cheese from the hotel in the evening. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. A perfect stay!

Most of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. We did have some issues with the check-in and utilizing the card that we wanted to. The person at the desk did not do what we asked, but thankfully the very sweet lady that was at the front desk that afternoon corrected the mistake and all is well. The muffins at the breakfast were wonderful and the courtyard is quintessential Charleston.

Overall indigo inn was comfy and quaint. My true disappointment was that if you are in the 201,202 rooms by the elevators, not a pretty sight. I understand limited space, but having the bags of dirty sheets, trash and at times food storage by the elevator passage in view of all that pass a true disaster.

I loved this hotel. The location was amazing. The staff was friendly, but my favorite part besides the clean room was the excellent breakfast and afternoon and evening snacks. That was such a bonus and it wasn’t the standard dry bagels with processed eggs. The food was really good and I really appreciated it.
