Something went wrong!Not that good at all.

Unfortunately, one thing I'm just so sad is as I called before we arrived to adjust the room type. The staff told me to add extra €19 for 1 night ,€ 38 for 2 nights in total. However , they even haven't inform me the price changes when we arrived!! The staff charged us €76 in total when we leave! This just piss me off! We booked a double room via Expedia just € 45 per night, so I can't understand why we were charged an extra cost €38 per night for triple room. I don't think it worth. If it cost that much, why they don't inform me asap when we arrived! I'm disappointed by the extra cost and that's not reasonable at all, also it's misleading !!! Everything just great except the extra cost charged ,near the bus stop, simple but warm.

Good, moderate hotel in a central location.

Clean, average room with terrace in central location. Bed is firm, but I slept well. Refrigerator & safe in room. 3 minute walk to the bus station, just around the corner. If you don’t need a cliffside Caldera view, this hotel is centrally located and well run. Average continental buffet breakfast. Coffee shop downstairs and a mini-mart just down the street. The staff are very friendly and excellent!!!

Great hotel for a good price

This hotel is very close to the bus station in Fira, so that was a big draw for us. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are big, bathrooms are nice too. The balcony gave a good view. I think it was built from another type of building, so there was a lot of waste of space. The pool is also big and clean. They provide towels for the pool. breakfast is good, but same every single day. Lots of restaurants nearby, and everything is walkable.

Nissos Thira Hotel is a lovely and peaceful place to stay, with welcoming and friendly staff who are always available to help with any queries or travel advice. The pool and communal areas are well maintained, and rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from Fira’s main square and 3 minutes from the bus station, which provides travel across the island. There are also great coffee shops either side of the hotel, and a supermarket 2 minutes walk down the road. We spent 5 nights here and couldn’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing stay.
