Room was spotless. Location was perfect with so many things nearby. The gym was super nice and better than what is included with many other hotel gyms. I would like to shout out the woman at the front desk who was so helpful and friendly. She let us check in early and helped us find things to do. Would not say the same about the other front desk workers but SHE carried. Overall, super great stay. Would recommend!

Our stay was overall ok; that said we feel a little cheated by the photos shown on the property listing. Don't be fool by the photos, the property is not as new as the photos make it out to be. Internet connection was also slow at times (which is uncommon for Hong Kong) Otherwise staff we encountered are all very helpful and friendly.
