Property could use some love. Frank was very accommodating even after normal hours. I liked that it was located at tye edge of the tourist area which made it less busy. The beach was across the street which was also great! Its a bare bones type of place but overall it fills the need of an affordable place to stay.

The manager is wonderful he does everything nobody else works there. He’s very helpful and is there immediately when called. He does the work of 5 people. I don’t know how much he gets paid but it isn’t enough. The only thing that I didn’t like was there’s no parking lot even though they give you a parking permit so you don’t need to pay it’s an inconvenience especially if you have a handicap. I walk with a walker and saw no spots with walker or wheelchair accessibility.

Positive: the beach was close, nice pool, free parking, large roomy condo and very nice guy at check in. Negative: sand in the sheets (felt not changed), floors dirty (after I showered my feet were dirty quickly) dirty area around tub ledge and ice cube tray in freezer was in pieces but had ice cubes in it. Drawer in stove full of crumbs. Had read lots of positive reviews so was disappointed. We aren’t picky people but it was a little gross.
