Worst way to treat customers

So I stay in Room 35 at 95 degrees outside my AC stop working I went to them they sent someone to take a look he couldn’t fix it I went again they sent the same guy still can’t fix it and just left without saying anything I went again and told them this is it I can’t take it that’s when they told me they don’t have any room available to moved me they will give me a fan like are you insane with 95 degree outside what fan gonna do for me and I can’t sleep with fan it make me sick I check online I saw they still have 2 room available for the same day but $40 more then what I paid for my night they rather give me my money back then to put me in one of those room available
