Best deal for the price in the area. The only downside is that second floor rooms have no elevator access so if climbing stairs with your luggage might be a challenge, make sure to ask fir a ground floor room.

If you like Ants everywhere!

I’ve stayed at a variety of hotels in my life and this I thought would be a great romantic night on our anniversary to stay. The room was not what I thought I was getting the picture had an out door chair set. Next the pool and hot tub were not the cleanest. And then after after an okay night sleep did wake up when the wall decors that was duct taped apparently fell off we woke to ANTS! In the bathroom on the counter on the floor on our luggage. Everywhere. We didn’t have anything then normal garbage to account for an ant farm. I packed up and left! When I told the front desk they said oh yea everyone is saying that. And don’t expect a continental breakfast. There is none. If I could get my money back that be great but alas it was a right stay for what was to be a romantic night

Charming and Updated!

I love staying at the El Bonita. It’s affordable, location is perfect, and breakfast is great. The WiFi was not working consistently on this stay, but it may be due to the rooms being beautifully renovated. Can’t wait to be back next month!

Had to have a Heart procedure at Adventist St Helena Hospital and this hotel was very accessible for my 78-year-old wife to travel to and from hospital. Only nine minutes from hospital and was centrally located close to multiple food establishments and grocery store. Hotel staff was very nice, and rooms were clean and quiet. Retro style hotel with modern upgrades. Wiil stay there again for pleasure. Decent room pricing considering most hotels within a 10-mile radius cost 2 to 5 times as much for probably almost same accommodations... Thanks, El Bonita......

Great place to stay in St, Helena.

Love the motel. Large room, huge bathtub. We were in Room 34a and I think it was recently remodeled. Mini bar area with fridge, microwave and and bar counter. Little patio area on back to sit outside. Picnic table under the trees to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine. In the evening they have a nice fire pit going so we sat out there with friends and enjoyed another glass of wine. Very cute motel. All the front rooms are under construction so it’s a little messy up front so we stayed in the back rooms that were available. we definitely recommend this cute motel for a quick stay in the Napa area very reasonably priced.
