We will be back

This place is great. We went for Spring Break and I would definitely recommend that time instead of summer when it’s packed. We enjoyed our stay here so much. It’s a big room, clean, and the service is great. We asked for lake side view and we got that. Our plus will always be breakfast because of the waffles. Everything is nearby and we loved that it was not in the downtown area. The park and beach area was less than a 5 minute walk and the there is an indoor and outdoor pool 😊

Is accidentally booked two nights and only needed one. I made this known right away by chatting Expedia, and was told to speak with the “resort”. They told me to speak with Expedia. I chatted with Expedia, they told me they couldn’t reach the resort after multiple attempts. I spoke with the resort, they condescendingly told me that Expedia never attempted to call them…that they have ZERO missed calls and their “information has been the same for 17 years” and they “ensure their information is updated every year”. Expedia agrees I should be refunded for the second night. The “resort” agrees I should be refunded for the second night. Then I receive an email from Expedia saying that because they have been unable to contact the “resort” I am not getting a refund. Ridiculous. And I go to Chelan 8-10 times a year. I’ll never stay at this resort again unless this gets resolved.

Great birthday weekend getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had large, comfortable rooms with a terrific view. The hotel breakfast was good and the indoor pool was a lot of fun for the whole family. The proximity to the play park was just icing on the cake!

First time staying in this hotel, I usually go to the other side of the lake. The hotel is right off the main road. And it with being outside hotel gets very loud once traffic starts up in the morning. The room was average clean normal beautiful view of the lake. Great location off the lake being that you almost have your own private waterfront . I went during the winter time sure it would be a blast during the summertime!

Nice, affordable property with lots of lake access and easy parking. A long walk or short drive to downtown. Indoor and outdoor pool, bbq, hot tubs. Older but clean and spacious. Good value for close to downtown.

Maintenance problems: 1. Shower head not screwed on correctly so in use it was spraying all over. 2. Light over table has come loose. It is now suspended only by the electric wires - and at least one as come loose since the light doesn't work.
