Arrived mid afternoon on Easter Sunday. Car park was completely full. However Callum on front desk moved his vehicle so we could park. Kudos to him. Great location next to Windsor Great Park. Absolutely Outstanding Stay We had a fantastic stay at the Wheatsheaf Hotel in Virginia Water and couldn't have been more impressed. The rooms were beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, modern and exceptionally comfortable. It was immediately obvious that the hotel is very well maintained, with great attention to detail throughout. We had a brilliant night's sleep and couldn't fault the accommodation. The food was equally impressive. The chicken curry was full of flavour, beautifully presented and one of the best pub meals I've had in a long time. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the wine selection complemented the meal perfectly. What really made the stay stand out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they created a relaxed atmosphere from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for somewhere with high-quality rooms, excellent food and outstanding customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Wheatsheaf. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area. A genuine 5-star experience.
