Southern hospitality at its finest!

Great southern hospitality right from check in! Staff was very friendly and professional and very helpful as well. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Room service was great as well and even left my daughter an Easter bag treat too! From the little things of replenishment of room necessities to towel animal to setting up my daughter’s stuffed animals on her bed, it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!! The pool was nice too. The 24hr refreshments at the lobby were appreciated as well. Mr. Young and his instruments were a pleasant treat as well in the evening. Also breakfast at Reagan’s was appreciated as well! We will definitely be returning here again to Pidgeon Forge!

Great hotel

Clean updated comfortable room in a great location. Regular coffee maker and kurig in the room with coffee for both and creamer. Mini fridge and microwave. The shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion were replenished every day. The lobby had yummy donuts and variety of fruit as well as coffee, hot chocolate and juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our favorite place to stay in PF

This is our second stay at Arbors at Island Landing Hotel. The front desk staff is super-friendly. It feels like a nice mini-resort with the complimentary refreshements, 24/7 heated pool & hot tub and other amenities. Everything in clean and good working order. The rooms are modern and comfortable. You cannot beeat the location near The Island and the breakfast deal across the street is a major selling point.

Anniversary getaway

Arbors is where we usually stay each time we go to Pigeon Forge and we go a few times a year. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. We enjoy staying in a parkway view room and they are very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Always a great stay

We love staying at this motel. This is our motel of choice when visiting the area. Always clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The voucher for Reagan’s breakfast is a plus as they have a great breakfast.

Short Spring Break Trip

Arbors at Island Landing in Pigeon Forge is a wonderful place. We enjoyed our Stay and wished it did not have to end. It is perfectly located to lots of shopping, restaurants, and a 6 minute walk the the Island and all of its attractions. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will be telling all of our friends and family to visit as well. We will definitely be back

Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Quick stop on the way home. The Arbors was a bit difficult to find (it’s in the back) but once there, OMGoodness, what a wonderful stay. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. They had a campfire sing along on their mini island, fresh coffee, hot chocolate, fruit and donuts were available 24/7. Check in was a breeze and breakfast at the pancake house was a huge step above most hotel breakfasts. This is not your typical hotel. This is way WAY better. Next time we visit Pigeon Forge, The Arbors will be our preferred destination.
