As soon as we got into our hotel AC was not working and it had been a hot day. We found huge dead cockroaches all over the restroom. It was so disgusting we didn’t even want to use the toilet. I will be calling back to try to get a refund.

This place has bed bugs!!! We were all bitten and covered when we woke up. The sheets smelled and there were 2 dead roaches on the floor so they clearly don’t clean in between guests if ever. The water didn’t get hot so we used cold water to shower. And the air conditioner was broke had to turn it back on every 30 mins it would go off. The man at the front said he would not talk to me about any of this. The only thing good about this place is its close to where i was going.

Disappointing

We needed a hotel that would accept pets, but in all our travels I've never had to ask for TP because it wasn't in the bathroom, nor was there even a holder for a roll of TP. The box springs on the bed was broken so the bed sagged to the floor. I am hoping that it's a case of new ownership and they are in the process of renovation and we just caught them on a bad day but we moved to another hotel for the rest of the trip

It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. We go to the hotel and grabbed the keys. We looked inside and it smelled like smoke. We walked around for a bit and we saw so many cockroaches. The fridge was even filled with them. We asked for a separate room and it was still the same things. We asked for a refund and they did not allow that. It was extremely disgusting being in the rooms. Terrible experience.

Hotel Hell

If you stay here be prepare to used cash because it's $10 extra if you use a credit card. You have to leave a $20 deposit. The pictures you see online is not what you see in the room. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. No hot water, no heater , remote to TV didn't work. Had to change the channel manually. Had a office chair to sit in which was dirty. Mini fridge not working. I need a total refund.

I was excited to book here because it was 8 minutes to the prison for my visits, whereas I usually stay at a hotel 25 minutes away due to price. So when I first get there at 4:15pm I check in, it was fairly an easy check in until the man was asking me for a $20 cash deposit for the key. No where online does it mention this fee, should I have known I would have prepared. Thankfully the man gave me the key. We get to the room and it is not at all what I expected. The queen bed that I picked over a week ago that would’ve been perfect for us 3, was a full, so it was going to be tight, and the fridge didn’t work. No lights in the whole room except a bathroom light and one lamp. Thankfully the tv was bright. So I drop them off and head for my visit. I get back around 7:30pm where I start prepping my 2 year old son for his bath, there was no shower curtain at all, so water was all over the floor in front of this stand up shower. I have my poor baby naked in this shower thinking the water would heat up fast. NO. 3-5 minutes go by and I had to pull my baby out cause he was shivering and the water had yet to get warm. I go to the front office where it is a lady now. I ask if anything is wrong with the water heater? She then stated “no, I was taking a shower at 5pm and it was very hot” so I advise her that I have had the water running for 5-10 minutes now with no luck. She advised me to “keep waiting as it takes a while now that it’s cold, but she will go check it out” so I go back

Credit card reader was not working, clerk demanded cash. I did not have cash so they put me on the street.Pool was non functional, half full of scum water. Exterior dirty and broken down. Makes me wonder about hotels.com Horrible experience

Checked in and the bathroom had pee in the toilet , there was a bar of soap open and used and left there and also the bed sheets smell nasty like if they just made the bed and didnt clean

They couldn’t find my reservation, the room they give me is was dirty, with a big hole on the bathroom ceiling, smells like humid. We ask for our money back they said no and they send us to another room. Same I had a hole on the bathroom wall, smelled humid. We ended up just staying somewhere else.

No hot water. The floors had major water damages and all flooring was loose and a trip hazard . All the linen was very worn and the pillows should have been replaced years ago .the smoke detector was missing and the furniture was absolutely appalling ! I cant think of a worse possible motel in my travels. None of the advertised amenities on there website were present or were in total shambles. The health dept should and will be informed about this motel . Do your self a favor and just drive by this place .
