Suppose to get two queen beds but didn't. They didn't care. The springs from the mattress were literally in ass and neck all night. I almost went and slept in the car they were so uncomfortable

This is a motel. The appearance was horrible! The room was nothing like the pictures. The indoor pool was dirty. The toilet made noise all night. The tub had hair in it and the carpet was dirty. The kitchen looked really dirty. The dresser smelled horrible. There wasn’t an iron in the room and when I asked they lied and told me that it was but wouldn’t tell me where. There also isn’t a blowdryer. My 3 year old daughter constantly said that the room was disgisting, she was afraid to stay there. The location was the only good thing about the motel.

View of the beach/ocean from the balcony was amazing. Room was very large, plenty of space. We only stayed one night, but if we stayed longer, the fridge and stove would have been very convenient. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Went for a girls trip and all in all it was very nice. We loved that we were right on the beach, and although having our room on the first floor was convenient, I think we would have preferred an upper level room with a kitchenette and our own balcony to sit on. Loved the location, just far enough away from any craziness, but yet close enough to walk to some restaurants, a grocery store, and close enough to drive. if we needed something from housekeeping, they got it for us right away.

The people at the desk did not seem to know what was going on. At any time we went up to desk they were co fused jumbled and it was crazy! Cleaning crew was awesome and very friendly! People for ice cream shop did NOT listen when ordering. Parking across the street was nuts but otherwise pool an hot tub were awesome!

We have stayed here every year we come to PCB. We like the location, pool/ hot tub and can see the Gulf every morning and the beautiful sunset. We miss the nice gentleman who was there every morning working hard to keep the pool area clean. The family who previouly owned the property, did not charge the resort fee. The "resorts by the sea" owners charge the resort fee, eventhough nothing has changed with the property or anything has been added to your stay that qualifies it as a resort.

Upon our arrival, we were unable to pick which floor we were staying on, was told second floor was all that was available despite the guest before us getting an option between fifth, second, and first floor (note: first floor does not have a balcony). This was a let down because we had booked this hotel months in advanced hoping for a room on the 5th floor. Once we got to our room, our lamp next to the bed was broken as well as the balcony light. This was an issue because we couldn’t see to get to our bed at night. Also there was sand all over the comforter on the bed as if the bedding was never changed. Lastly, on third day when housekeeping came to clean the room, they left us no towels, forcing us to go down to the front desk to ask for more. Overall the hotel was relatively clean and safe.

I would recommend considering a different place to stay. While the location is great, the hotel needs some serious improvements. Rooms need new beds, some new pillows likely the sight of a vacuum and the overall cleanliness needs to be addressed. It's unfortunate that the cost to stay here is substantial and should reflect a much better condition for price. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay especially for the money you'll pay for this mess.

The resort is nice, plenty to do there even if your not on the beach. My sin and gisbfriend basically lived across thebstreet in the indoor pool. Elevators are fast, view is great! Should keep thebTiki bar open later for the night owls tho. Nice place, good price on our stay! Kitchen was a nice plus to the room overlooking the Gulf of America and price for a 3 day 4 night stay under 900 cant be beat.
