The A/C died for our first night in the hot summer. The property did not offer us anything for our trouble. Despite this, the luggage storage was helpful and I appreciated the selzter water on tap. The front desk man was very helpful. Do be aware that it is a couple blocks from the nice area by St Martin. The immediate surroundings are sketchy and filled with homeless encampments.

Overall stay was good. Staff helpful and room perfectly clean and quiet. Only complaint was I asked for an extra pillow and was told this wasn’t possible (3 pillows in the room for 2 people). Room quite small but manageable.

Breakfast was well stocked with a good selection. Baggage storage facility was very helpful and made it simple to arrive by train early morning and go explore Paris as the hotel was quick walking distance from the Gare du Nord station. Would use this hotel again without hesitation.
