Es un hotel para pernoctar, el agua caliente no te alcanza para bañarte aún en un baño de 5 min, no hay botines, y no son serviciales en la recepción, en general, es un hotel céntrico económico pero no muy recomendable a menos que tomes en cuenta todo lo anterior.

Estaba preocupado por las reseñas en Google Maps pero quedé sorprendido gratamente. Baño limpio, sabanas impecables, frazadas limpias, toallas en excelente estado, el mobiliario suficiente. I want to warn everyone to not to stay here! The hotel is a scam, extremely dirty, dark, dull and completely horrible! There were sperm stains on bed covers, spills of unknown human fluids on the walls and on the worn out carpets. I ended up checkin out after the first night, just couldn't do it! But what bothers me the most is that the stuff was completely unhelpful and dishonest. I complained to hotels.com about the condition of the hotel and asked for a refund. Hotels.com contacted the hotel but the reception lied straight to my face that they know nothing about this and therefore can not help me with the refund. This was a complete scam! I also want to remind everyone that in the end you are responsible for the hotel that you book. Even though the agency is willing to help you, if the hotel gives you an unhabitable room and doesn't want to help with a better one or help you with cancellation, they can get away with it! So do not trust these agencies either, there is a loophole where the customer has no rights in these situations. The hotel asks you to turn to the agency and the agency won't do anything if the hotel doesn't agree with your request. Very disappointed with hotels.com in this case and super disgusted with the hotel and the way they scam people. A very bad experience overall!
