If I could give this "resort" less than one star, I would. My wife's birthday weekend and our anniversary has started out awfully. We booked at Flanigan's Resort back on March 1st, 2025, through Hotels.com. When we arrived on April 19th, 2025, Flanigan's Resort gave us the last room they had available for 4 nights, took our credit card information, handed us our keys, and when we showed up to our room, we noticed there was a large ongoing construction project going on DIRECTLY NEXT TO our room and it's patio!! After seeing this disaster of a so-called "Resort" room view, my wife IMMEDIATELY went to the front desk asking to switch rooms. The woman at the front desk said, "sorry, there is nothing else available." We stewed on this response over lunch across the street, and realized there was no way we could stay at this resort for 4 consecutive nights, with loud construction starting at 8am on Monday, and continuing throughout the week. No way. My wife went back in to speak with the woman at the front desk and asked her what we could do. The woman told her it was too late to get a refund for our first night, as they do not have housekeeping currently on site to clean it, we had already had the room for a few hours, and so the stay could not be refunded. (A "Resort" without 24 hr housekeeping or housekeeping on call?? A "resort???) Being it our anniversary and my wife's birthday, this was upsetting, so I went in to talk to the woman myself.
