We arrived around 1am and we were given a first floor room without a view. When we walked into our room there was water standing in the floor and a leak in the ceiling. We went to the front desk to request another room and they had none available until the next day. Once we moved rooms, everything was great! My only other complaint would be that the hot tub was closed. That was one of my filters in my search for a room. I wanted a place with a hot tub but you do not know it’s closed until you’re there.

Visited family in area. Traveled with my dog. Room had plenty of room for a dog kennel. Only thing I was not happy about was lack of hot water. Had to take bath very early if you want hot water.

Well Worth Your Money !!

After reading some of the reviews I was a little Leary but I’m glad I went with my instinct and booked here ! They are awesome! From the hotel check in and out employees ( The lady that checked us out, Shay, and the man that checked us in , I forgot to ask him his name , we’re both amazing!! , cleanliness of the room and the beautiful view from the room!! I have absolutely NO complaints !! I have stayed MANY times in MANY different places in Myrtle Beach and this one is by far the best!! This is definitely the place we will be staying EVERYTIME we return to Myrtle Beach !! A BIG plus was that they have a broom and dust pan in the room! I am a cleaning fanatic and used them everytime we came in from the beach !

was absolutely disgusted that we had abroken down kitchen area in our room. not 1 window. other kitchen in the room had a broken cabinet with the door hanging off. i was told i got that room because i booked through hotels.com and didnt book directly through them. that room shouldnt have even been an option. felt like i was in a dungeon although i was on the 3rd floor. there for a friends wedding and the stay was ruined by this place. we also left a day early and wasted however much was spent for the night. avoid at all costs since they apparently dont think people who book on hotels.com deserve a nice room

It'll do for the price

We stayed on the 6th floor and the internet and cell reception was slow considering how close we were to the airport. The air conditoner struggled to keep the room cool during the 70 degree weather. The water temp did not get much hotter than warm or have much pressure. The tv was a bit confusing to work as it took us straight to the input screen and kept saying it had no signal. We finally figured out how to get to the cable. We had requested maintence to troubleshoot it the first night but they never showed as it was at the end of their shift. We had them come the next day and they seemed inconvenienced by our issues and did not actually solve anything. Upon inspection when we first arrived there was some fine hairs in the shower and a hair in the bedding. Great view overlooking the water and close to restaurants, grocery, and right on the beach.
