The hotel location is just 3mins walk from the Gare du Nord train station, which links directly with the CDG airport via the RER B line. But the room condition was really bad, especially the acoustic insulation. I can hear different noises at night. The room furnishing was old and deteriated a lot. It is in big contrast from those photos shown online. Very disappointing when you finds large patch of dirt on the carpet, scratched wall paper and dents at the bath tub. Besides, the TV screen is quite small and the room has only 1 wall socket outlet that I can plug my laptop charger!

Shuttle Scam!
Needed a return shuttle to the airport and saw the poster advertised at the front desk upon check in. Enquired about it and the front desk staff called to book our shuttle for 3 days later. On the morning of our departure, the shuttle arrived and advised us that only one bag per person was included in the price on the poster and demanded that we pay extra fees per bag or they would not take us to the airport. We did not have cash on us and the front desk refused to get involved in the situation with the driver despite them making the booking for us and being aware of how many bags we had as we made the booking upon check in and then the front desk staff helped us to our room with them. I had to quickly find a bank machine and pray that it would give me 50 Euros to pay the driver or else we would miss our flight. There was no time left to seek another mode of airport transport. Very disappointed in the lack of information on the poster and in the lack of information provided by the front desk and very disappointed that they did not assist us when we were being bullied for extra unannounced money at the last minute by the shuttle driver. It had been a nice stay until this point but felt betrayed and taken advantage of.
