There is a 25$ fee for pet friendly rooms not included in the online fee. Along with a 10$ fee for kids on a two queen bedroom. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Great pool and hot tub. Family friendly.

The hotel was horrible. Pool was dirty, hot tub was cold and pool room was so chemically smelling we couldn't breathe. We called in advance to see if pool and hot tub were working everything was supposed to be great. we asked for a refund and were denied. we ended up having to call the cops because they were so rude. Never ended up getting a refund!!!

Our stay was great! The rooms were nicer than expected and the staff was amazing! There was no hot water in our room. We called the office and someone came and fixed it immediately. Great pool for kids!

Check in was easy. Room was made up nice. The floor was dirty, they needed to mop it. The tub was not cleaned. I got in the shower & had maybe a minute of hot water and then ice cold. They did let us stay a little longer since our tire blew out and were wanting on a ride.

For an older motel, this place has all that we need...comfy beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of room, fridge and microwave, good TV, Wi-fi and really nice managers. We stay here often!

Nice clean quiet room,few problem.clock buttons were lose and didn't change minutes,no phone registry,couldn't get hair dryer to work.pool was cool and hot tub was nice

The new owners have really turned this place around, based on previous reviews. Everything I would care about was up to standard - the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze; the desk clerk was very friendly & had some helpful recommendations. Having a pool & hot tub available & well-maintained was a bonus; so nice to have a hot soak available after a long day! I would definitely reserve a room here again when coming to Florence in the future.

We made it clear we were there for rest and relaxation.... hotel was hardly booked, they placed a family with children right above us and pu us on the end right next to where construction was being done. Everytime we went to the pool we had to ask for towels which REALLY Seamed to put them out... We Wont stay there again! And I will never recommend this Hotel.
