Front desk service was a bit slow finding my booking, but the people were nice and the hotel was great. Nice, clean room with large bathroom (plus overhead rain-shower). Can be noisy at times in hallway because lack of consideration by other people. (Pinoy)

The hotel is clean. From lobby to the common area and the room, it's clean. The staffs (guards, receptionist, maintenance) are welcoming. Having a guard roaming around makes me feel safe.
