Third world hotel

This is a third world hotel. Nasty! Does Media Pa. Have building code inspectors? Very dirty hotel. I will never use Hotels.com again. The real hotel is nothing like the photo's.

Dirty and run down place. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Smoke hole in blanket. Room smelled of smoke even though nonsmoking room. Only good things were the location and the hot shower.

This Hotel is trash!

This hotel was filthy. It hasn’t been cleaned or painted for years. I didn’t even check in. I stayed at the Hampton Inn Suites. I should be reimbursed for the full amount of money I paid for the Media Inn Suites. If I am not reimbursed, I will never use Hotels.com again.

When we arrived it looks like that hotel from a horror movie. Random people standing outside, made us feel very uncomfortable to the piont my husband said we need to take everything out of our car for the night, in fear of being vandalized. We could not check in, because there was not an attendee at the desk. The hotel lobby/waiting area was not clean. The carpet looked like it had been there since 1980. Stained and dirty. There was dust everywhere. Just down right disgusting. I would have not felt safe staying there not even for one not. This was the worst hotel/inn I have ever attempted to stay at. Needless to say we did not check in and left. Took the 3.5 hour drive home.

The room was dirty and smelled like a smoke filled room. When we said it was unacceptable nothing was said and an alternative was not offered despite appearing to be nearly devoid of any other guests. We never checked in and left immediately. I am dumfounded that a place like this remains in business in this day and age.
