More quiet area a little away from the hustle and bustle, but short way with scooter to anything. Helpful staff. Courtyard/garden area does not look anything like the pictures. There’s a scooter rental that fills up a lot of the space, Very simple bathroom in the standard room.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing destination, this is it. The restaurant was extremely good. One of my favorites in the Uluwatu area The staff was incredibly friendly and I loved how they had a laundry service on the property

Lovely place to stay on uluwatu, the staff are lovely and the outdoor spaces are beautiful! It is a good location, only 20 min walk to padang beach, and there are many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The breakfast and dinner that they make is excellent! The rooms were clean and basic but lacked simple things like a mirror in the main room, or bannister on the top bunks for safety. Overall lovely and would stay again!

Good service - however far from from professional, the rooms are ok, but with a smell of something indescribable. Far from the beach, but a convenient distance by scooter. Anyway what can you expect from a guesthouse in Indonesia. Worth the price.

Stayed here for 4 months. At first I didn’t mind it as the location was good and I didn’t spend much time here. But I would do yourself a favour and NOT stay here. Many better and cheaper options out there. Here’s why: 1)really loud and disruptive construction that starts at 8am and sometimes goes until Midnight. Even on weekends. 2) wifi barely works, and even cell service/reception is limited. 3) rooms aren’t cleaned properly. Surfaces aren’t wiped down and you have to request room cleaning when you want it- not automatic. I didn’t know this when I first moved in and room wasn’t cleaned in a week. 4) I got make up on my towel and they tried to charge me before I pushed back and asked why they aren’t washing their towels with bleach? Same thing work sheets I was in an accident and got a bit of blood on the sheets and they tried to charge me as well. 5) no sense of customer service or loyalty, and the receptionists are scammers and gaslighters. As I said I was here for 4 months. When I went to pay for my extension I explicitly said not to charge me in SGD. she still chose that option and overcharged me about SGD50, which is IDR700,000 which goes a long way here. I then asked her to void the transaction. I told her I won’t pay until I get the refund. Nearly every day I’m getting harassed about payment. She’s gaslighting me into thinking I wasn’t actually overcharged and I did the calculation wrong. They’re messaging me at 11pm at night. Banging on my door at 10pm at night

This is a backpacker style property. Not suitable for families. Not enough towels for everyone in our family and when we kindly asked for more they declined. The locking system on the doors is frustrating, air conditioning wasn’t working. We had 4 nights booked but left after 1 night. Street is extremely noisy.

I LOVED at this place! Naturela is right on a Main Street in Uluwatu so money exchange , lots of restaurants , lots of shops and everything a tourist could need is on this street. But the beauty of Naturela is that you don’t need to go elsewhere if you want to stay and eat at their cafe it is excellent food, lots of selection (10 page menu from smoothie bowls to pizza and burgers ). We had smoothie bowls daily - so good , most reasonable price we have found. Staff are very pleasant. They also rent scooters , and the rooms behind the cafe are so quiet, surrounding a nice pool. Fantastic place. Towels were a bit shabby but honestly that is the only downside. I’d stay here again and again.

Construction people are going through the property while you try and use the stairs. Hotel is very run down and sheets and towels have many stains. The wallpaper is peeling a lot in the rooms.

Nous avons passé 8 jours en famille à Naturella, le personnel est charmant, très souriant et adore les enfants ! la chambre était tout à fait convenable avec tout de même un bémol pour la salle de bains qui mériterait d’être rafraîchie et une assez mauvaise évacuation. Les petits plus : un restaurant au top, tout est délicieux et à des prix vraiment très abordables, top rapport qualité/prix, une piscine assez grande pour prendre de vrais bains, situation géographique proche des plages de padang-padang et uluwatu, location de scooters sur place, borne de retrait de cash juste à la sortie de l’hôtel. Je recommande ce lieu !
