The place was old and run down. Beds were super hard an uncomfortable and the room smelled like cigarettes and it was non smoking

We checked in late and and discovered later the Toilet seat was wobbly and practically hanging off, cistern lid too big, difficult to flush ( blocked handle) and 2 chips in the front of the loo.. brown, old and gross. we did not discover the toilet issues till it was too late to do anything… we had to be careful not to get pinched by the seat. Other than that the room was fine. Breakfast was poor quality. We took our coffee and left. We made the mistake of not checking the regular cost of this hotel during the week. If we had we would have figured it was a lower grade place that was inflating their rate during the weekend. The staff members were all nice, the rest of the hotel clean. I did mention the issues to the receptionist in the Morning and she apologized and blamed housekeepers.

Great hidden little gem! I love how accommodating they are as I travel with my dog back-and-forth quite often through Utah. Their staff is always so friendly.

Quick check-in, nice rooms, good parking, fine breakfast. Some staff very pleasant and welcoming. Evening front desk staff was arrogant. I booked double queen room, got 1 king size bed instead. Front desk told me that I can cancel it if I am not happy with kingsize and go somewhere else. I consider that rude. I did not get what I booked at hotels.com. I booked the room 11 months ahead. Indoor pool was closed but substitute was provided with next door property.

Downstairs smelled funny. Sheets and towels really rough and scratchy. Breakfast: coffee was weak, cereal stale, and all the cups and bowls are styrofoam. Sunset views in green river are nice! Next time would stay down the road at the hotel next to Swell Coffee, for the same price.

Hotel staff at check in was great! Super friendly. Hotel does not have an elecator to take bags upstairs, so make sure you request accommodations if you need them. Overall it was a good place to stay to rest for the night and continue our drive. Breakfast had limited options. There was no protein option.

It was clean but my during check in the guy gave me a hard time about my service dog even though I put it on my reservation ahead of time. The pool and hot tub were out of service but you could walk next door to use theirs. They did not clean my room at all, including empty trash or make the bed or offer clean towels even though my stay was 2 nights and I was out of the room from 0800-1700 and did not hang an eco please do not clean sign. The breakfast was very limited but there was a fridge and a coffee maker in the room. Would probably stay again for the location but it's not high class.
