Checked in around 2am. Went to our room wanting to take a shower. We see the shower is dirty the glass door has water marks and something slimy smeared on the outside of the door. I notify the front desk we go check two other rooms and the same issue in each room, dirty showers. We contact the GM and offers no solutions. I ask for my money back and left. Tired and wanting to take a shower we head down the street to another hotel.

This hotel went above and beyond! Nice and attentive staff and clean and beautiful rooms and property. We went with someone in a wheelchair and they were able to accommodate us, unlike the other hotels in town. We will always use this hotel going forward when we visit.

To say our room was less than ideal would be an understatement. Once the door was opened, the adventure began starting with the bathroom. Not once have I ever walked into a hotel bathroom with the toilet seat up, toilets paper freshly ripped from the roll and black algae and led know what else in the corners of the shower. They must have know it was going to be cold that weekend since they left us a jacket in the closet however we were missing the blanket on the bed, we had a sheet and the sheet style decorative cover. We stayed awake all night listening to the whistling wind through our horrible windows & you couldn't drowned it or with the tv unless you enjoy sleeping to CNN since the only thing that worked on the remote was the power and volume. At least there was enough dust that blew through the windows that we could leave messages for house keeping. Oh .... did I mention the interesting shaped dog chew that was under the chair????? I'm sad ... this app won't allow me to attach my Vaca pics.

It was easy to get to. Pre-check made check it very quick to get our room key. My room key didn’t work but the staff corrected the issue quickly. It was for only one night but had no issues with the place.

The room was tired. Wall repair needed. The shower control is very difficult to turn on & impossible to turn off. If was dripping when we arrived and I had to throw towels under the constant drip to get to sleep. The shower control doesn’t cover the hole in the wall.
