From the jump, my experience at the Red Roof in Hendersonville was bad. Check in was posted as 3PM, I arrived at 4:15PM and was told my room was not yet ready. The desk clerk "upgraded" me to a jacuzzi room because they were clean. The room was actually not cleaned yet, so I stood awkwardly in the hall outside of the room while the cleaning woman took care of it. Once I was in, the room had a fresh smell but was still pretty dirty. There was built up dirt and grime behind furniture, stains running down the headboard, hair on the sheets (which should have been fresh). The desk chair in the room was a metal folding chair. The TV remote was partially melted and did not work whatsoever. The whole experience was wild and it was genuinely the worst hotel I've stayed at.

The water leaked in the sink, the floors were not clean, the toilet wobbled when you sit down, the tv had been reset and took twenty minutes to reprogram, there was a stick propped in the window to keep anyone from coming in from the outside.

I have been coming to the Red Roof every 4th of July for many years. I have a condition with my ears that doesn’t allow me to be around loud noises like fireworks. Coming up the Red Roof in Hendersonville, NC gives me the quiet I need. I heard very little fireworks noise. Raymond (I believe that was his name) was very nice & accommodating & I thought had the best personality for a front desk.

The first room"s bathroom was dirty looks like somebody used it and did not flash, so front desk gave us another room but as soon as i open the door , me and my husband smell pee so we requested another room finally the third is okay i will not say great it was ok . This hotel is scary! I mean, absolutely frightening! They gave me room keys for a room that was already occupied. They were accommodating when I asked to change rooms, but I am now fearful of my safety end of my belongings. I stayed at the Ramada a few minutes down the road last week, and it was much safer
