bad experience

I booked 4 nights from June.28 to July.2,2017 , but I left in the second morning even we have paid the hotel for 4 nights, because  (1).  I booked a Superior Room, Garden Area  but the actual room is very small with room number 104, A bed in the room and no more space for me to open my suitcase . (2)   In their advertisement, the picture show that ancient city behind the bed , it looks like you can see the ancient city when you open the window, but in fact,this hotel is very far away from the ancient city with 1.6KM distance (need half hour by walk ) . In their advertisement,they show that " Jerusalem Great Synagogue (6 minute walk), but this is a local Synagogue,not the famous Synagogue of the ancient city. (3)The so cold garden is a very small corner and many mosquito.

Bon prix, qualité moyenne

Cet hôtel est moins cher que la moyenne, ce qui est appréciable dans une ville où l’hébergement est cher. Néanmoins, il faut avoir conscience que la prestation est aussi plutôt moyenne: localisation un peu excentrée quand on est à pieds (quartier résidentiel, non commerçant); chambre froide avec un chauffage faible (en hiver) et pas de couverture; les photos rendent plutôt bien mais dans les faits la chambre ne fait pas rêver; ménage très approximatif. Malgré tout, le lit est confortable, la taille de la chambre est bonne, c’était calme.

Good location. Clean, basic. We needed a room for a few hours on our last night before getting to the airport early AM. Unfortunately we were given a room on the ground floor right next to the reception - lots of noise, phone ringing all night, loud customers etc. We barely slept and kept waking up every hour. Maybe this was the last room they had but still, it was anything but restful. We contacted the hotel after through the Expedia messaging system with no reply. If you decide to stay, make sure it is a room in the upper floors.

Standards have slipped from previous experience

Had to wait till 3 p.m. for a 2 p.m. check in. Safe in room did not function and staff were unable to correct this. Heating barely worked. Tap in bathroom was leaking badly. Towels were rather worn and need replacing . The special Sabbath lift was non functioning. Disappointed that security taken on credit card at check in will not be cancelled for a month.

Don't leave your luggage with them for storage, they'll just leave it in unattended in the lobby. Otherwise, an ok hotel at a good location.

Good stay in Jerusalem

The hotel is really nice and comfortable, really modern and quite close from the Center, but in a nicer area. The only bad thing is that the receptionists were not that helpful for anything

Cozy and well kept hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. I like the fact that they offered airport shuttle service that helped save a lot of money compared to ordering a taxi.
