The lock to get into the room for the first time did not work, took several attempts. The key card was programmed correctly because the light was turning green, but the door would not open. After several attempts, the latch finally moved. Then, when we went out to dinner, we could not get the door to lock. That also took several attempts. The bathroom was outright dangerous. Broken floor tiles - we had to put the bathmat down to protect our feet from cuts. The toilet was starting to sink into the floor. There was a hole in the wall near the sink. It was advertised as a non smoking hotel yet we felt like we were sleeping in an ashtray from the smells. Also the sheets smelled so stale. The bed was very hard. Oh and the towels were shredded and thin. There were no cups in the room whatsoever. What can I say good? Location is great in Beaver, Utah The hot water in the shower got really hot

Zero amenities. - A bed - A toilet - Two tables - Two desk chairs - Two lamps One of the lamps didn't work. No box of tissues, no ice bucket. That's probably because they have no ice machine, old and beat up. The bed was okay, and the shower was warm. No breakfast, nothing else. Very cheap. That's what you're looking for, great.

Room was awful! Dirty floors, leaky faucet under sink, sheets on bed were stained and yellowed. Bath towels had holes in them shower curtain also was fullnof holes. Had to pay extra for pets but no accommodation outside for them. Sorry just being honest. Price was no where low enough for what you got!

The staff were nice and check in was smooth. The place is dated and I knew that so can forgive that but the maintenance has been neglected especially on the room door. Very insecure and easily compromised
Door jamb should be replaced before renting this room. Even closed and locked can be pushed open.

I booked this place at hotels.com, and called TWICE during the day to make sure I had my room. When I arrived the front desk attendant said my reservation was not there and put it on me to call hotels.com. customer service was unable to contact them and I ended up having to find someplace else to stay... Staff was friendly but the property is in such a bad state of repair. I booked for 9 days on a work trip. The towel bar wa laying next to the toilet. Toilet paper holding barely hanging on to the wall. I found 6 beer bottles under the bed. But the worst was the bed bugs. When I laid down on the bed 5 minutes later I got bite and could see them crawling all over the sheets. I immediately checked out and just spent the extra money to stay at a different hotel.

This was the dirtiest motel inside and out that I have ever stayed. We should have left but didn’t. Room was not just dirty, it was grimy with pee stains on the carpet, walls were dirty, telephone was so gross I wouldn’t touch it. Garbage outside the property and I could hear the weirdo next door snoring! I would sleep behind a dumpster before I would stay there again!

Checked in around 7pm, 12 hours on the road, we were tired, nobody at the front desk, rang the service bell 3 times with no response, I even called the motel, nobody would pick up, finally someone showed up to check us in. The first thing we noticed about the room was the awful smell when we opened the door and walked in. Then when looking at one of the beds, it was covered inside and out with black hair, which we noticed was all over the room, bathroom floor etc... Called the front desk to have someone to come and change the bedding, nobody available, so we ended up getting the sheets and changing the bed ourselves. When we stripped the bedding there were dead bugs on the mattress cover, totally grossed me out. I understand when motels are run down and need an upgrade, but seriously, there is no excuse for dirt and bugs. The bathroom was dirty and the faucet did not work properly, definitely needed an upgrade. I would not recommend staying here nor would I ever stay again, in this case you definitely get what you pay for.

Ok place to stay. The walls are thin so you will hear the neighbors. The motel room is large but quite dated. Good value for an overnight stay.
