Economy was the motivation for choosing this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the hotel location was quiet; no road noise. Our room was on the backside and there was NO activity or noise. This is a basic hotel with no frills. (Note: this is a good $$ option if you are going to Chapel Hill or High Point, where overnight can be very expensive, and you don’t mind a commute. )

The place was nice for the few days we were, felt a little over priced, there was a musty smell once we walked or when we turned the showrr on, but we enjoyed it. The breakfasts they had was nice as well i loved the pancake maker they had it looked cool.

Overall, the room was fine. I was glad to find a room. There was a dust bunny in corner of the bathroom floor and a dried, dirty rag on the clothes shelf opposite the sink. Also, the shower curtain rod was loose.

The property overall is what one would expect for a Days Inn; however, there was some water issues each day we showered as it flooded the entry way to the room. There has to be a pipe leak somewhere. We let the property know, but we had to put several towels down each morning and wear shoes as the floor was saturated which can cause mold issues. When I reported it, the front desk person said it was the first report made. Seems odd as the vinyls flooring clearly showed water damage well before we booked the room.

Pleasant Quiet Stay at Days Inn

I had a lovely stay at the Days Inn. I was traveling alone on a business trip and arrived evening. There was a front desk person who quickly checked me in. There is a GREAT grocery store close by, as well as other convenience stores. The rooms have a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave which I loved and used. I saved a lot of money on food this way. The hot pancake maker in the lobby is fun and I had 2 pancakes each morning. The staff cleaned my room and replaced used towels. The AC was great, the bed comfortable, the shower hot. Nice service and I would stay here again!

I paid extra for a pet friendly room in full up front only to be charged and extra $100 for bringing a dog deposit already paying extra for a pet friendly room with nowhere on the website stating there would be an additional, non refundable charge. The room was not locked upon entering and the window was wide open with no screen. The room also wreaked of urine.

It be glitchen

Where to start.. shoe prints on the wall near the bed, the water smelled funny, lint all throughout the room, uncomfortable pillows. Also, the wifi would not work, when asking the front desk if they could reset it or help all their response was “it be glitchen.” As an experienced IT technican I can confirm “it be glitchen.”
