Uma pena ver um hotel com um potencial enorme de localização, nome sólido e algumas dezenas de anos de hospedagem parar no tempo. A recepção é antiga de tecnologia. Os funcionários ( os que restam) se desdobram em tentar fazer o melhor no entanto a pouca estrutura compromete o atendimento em um mercado tão voraz e exigente como a hotelaria. Novas hospedagens vão surgindo e "engolindo" o antigo hotel Lenheiros tão tradicional na cidade. Precisa de uma reestruturação na gestão, na estratégia e na modernidade de sua estrutura. O quarto porém tem suas vantagens pela limpeza, banheiros limpos e em como todo enxoval. Água farta e quente sem esforço. Você chega dos passeios e tem a certeza de um banho quente e uma cama aconchegante. O café da manhã também não deixa nada a desejar tem o básico mas bem feito.

Todo o hotel , quartos e banheiros são extremamente limpos . O Hotel tem uma otima localização, bem proximo a estação ferroviaria e ao centro histórico. Contudo o hotel é bem antigo, moveis antigos , estão bem conservados mas são antigos. Ficamos num quarto bem pequeno, não sei se é a media dos quartos mas o nosso era pequeno e o banheiro também. Inclusive o box não passaria uma pessoa mais gordinha. Nosso quarto também era em frente ao elevador , o que fazia bastante barulho logo cedinho, e atrapalhava um pouco. Na hora do pagamento se eu ficasse atenta iriam me cobrar a hospedagem que ja estava paga. Parece q não há uma automatização no aviso do pagamento , ja tinha sido descontado a segunda parcela da hospedagem e para eles não havia pagamento. É um hotel Ok no geral.
