My room no. 1368 the room is too warm when we arrived. It’s hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature throughout the room e.g. the desk area is too windy while the rest of the room still too warm. Service at reception is super nice Leon Wu is very patient and helpful. The housekeeper service is professional they helped us clean the toilet floor after my daughter vomited i feel Sorry but the cleansing lady is professional with great attitude. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection for Asians value for money.

My stay was a 4days-3nights one. There was problem with the aircon for the 1st room assigned - way too hot and suffocating. Informed the front desk to check 1st thing in the morning on the 2nd day but they did not do anything. As they did not take customer’s comments seriously and did not actively verify/solve the issue, the same thing happened on the 2nd night. I woke up around 05:30 in the morning for 2 consecutive nights as it was way too hot. Asked to change room on the 3rd day and asked them to make sure the 2nd room was OK. Issue was still there. Just the airflow was stronger….. I could not see a reason for a return stay for this hotel.
