Looking forward to my return

My trip to Boerne was for business, but my stay made me want to come back for a fun weekend in the future. The William is a lovely place in the perfect location. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I plan on returning in the near future for a relaxing weekend of shopping and fun.

Beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located

My husband and I stayed two nights at The William and had an excellent experience. The contactless check-in was simple: a text sent to my phone informed me of my room number, entry key code, and all the specifics that we needed to know for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, brightly lit, and pleasingly decorated. The bed was comfortable, although the mattress was not as new or as firm as we would have preferred, and the A/C unit kept our room nicely chilled even in the middle of July. The only negative aspect of our stay was the fact the the rooms don’t appear to have much in the way of soundproofing between the rooms. We shared a wall with another person staying at the hotel, and we unfortunately were able to hear their conversations and activity—we ended up just putting the TV on whenever our neighbor was active, just so we wouldn’t be listening in on someone. This made us a bit overly aware of ourselves since we knew that the person we could hear on the other side of the wall could, likewise, hear us as well. But, other than that, it was a lovely room in a beautiful location. My husband and I both would love to stay there again.

Great Hotel.

The hotel offers online check in and check out. Daily cleaning service is available on request, which was OK with us. The property is located within walking distance to the many restaurants in the town. Loved sitting on the balcony and people watching. The hotel offers free drinks and snacks.

Downtown Boerne Stay

This historic hotel was beautiful. We loved being close to downtown. The bed was comfortable. Loved that they provided snacks and drinks. That is a nice touch. We will be back and spend more time in Boerne.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and generally clean except for the carpet. Next room apparently had screaming kids so that didn't help the stay. Was great staying close to all of the restaurants and shops.

I loved my stay at the William. The bed was comfortable, room clean and well decorated. The only reason I did not give the staff 5 stars is that I didn’t really interact with anyone. I did receive a timely text giving me instructions for the room. Everything was easy to follow. My only suggestions would be a couple of more hangers and larger wastebaskets since you don’t have maid service. I would definitely stay at your lovely hotel again.
