The staff were very friendly and location was amazing however the room was in dire need of a renovation. Although the room was somewhat comfortable, it lacked basic amenities like ample outlets, decent lighting, newer/refreshed bedding and bathroom amenities like newer towels.

This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

Pésimo hotel. My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.

The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. Ubicación: Excelente. El hotel está a solo 200 metros de dos de las principales avenidas (Reforma e Insurgentes), en un barrio con fácil acceso a numerosos restaurantes y con un supermercado contiguo al hotel. Estado del hotel: Muy deficiente. El ascensor falla con frecuencia, las alfombras de los pasillos están extremadamente sucias y deterioradas. El olor en la habitación es insoportable debido a problemas en las tuberías; parece que el olor del sistema séptico o cloacas regresa por las mismas. Habitación: Las sábanas estaban manchadas y las toallas tenían un olor desagradable. Desayuno: Muy malo. El café tenía un sabor extraño, más parecido a maní que a café. Solo ofrecían un huevo revuelto por persona y unas tajadas de fruta tan delgadas que no llegaban a pesar 30 gramos.
