The resort really impresses with the location, the integration with the scenery, and a perfect combination of laidback luxury and attention to detail. HVBC is outstanding. Our room was excellent with a view of their sandy beach. (rare in Bonaire) It is a subdued resort where you can really relax. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and dining room are surrounded by water. (OK. On 3 sides) Absolutely beautiful. The dive shop runs 3 boats out of the site for scuba and snorkeling, and the staff was so helpful. And the snorkeling right off the beach was outstanding. We loved our first trip to Bonaire, and plan to return to HVBC asap!

This is a very lovely resort. Quiet, beautiful beach, spacious rooms, wonderful spa and staff. The restaurant is a bit pricey but very delicious and convenient. They bring snacks to your beach chair! Good snorkeling right on the private beach. Pools were good for laps. We loved our stay here.

Our stay here exceeded my expectations. Staff was professional and courteous, the property is beautiful and private, there is ALWAYS plenty of room on the beach so you don’t have to search for a spot. And the snorkeling off the property is the best we’ve seen that close to a resort in the Caribbean. Would absolutely stay here again.
