There was no one there at 3:00 pm to check us in. We arrived at 2:45 and was told it would be an hour and a half before check in. He told me to apply for a refund and there would be no problem.
Now I've been told by someone else that we were there before 3, so tough luck and no refunds. This is a terrible place, Dumpy and there were only construction workers staying there. I tried to give business to an older property with local owners, NEVER AGAIN. This place steals your money.

The whole experience was great. Room was clean, comfortable and very cost effective. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast choices very adequate. Would stay nowhere else in the future.

Please don't let people think that this is a nice place to stay at.
The room was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. The bed sheets were dirty and the towels you could see through.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean!
Very spacious, and very clean. Literally looks brand new! Our first time staying in West Plains, so no idea on that, but all three of our rooms were perfect, comfortable, and an amazing breakfast provided.
