Not very clean. Beds sheets not ironed. Sinks were cracked no proper taps on sinks or bath. Staff not very polite. Breakfast area very limited

Other than painting the trim, replacing the floors, and fixing the lighting in the bathroom and wet area; it was nice. The service staff was very nice.

Never again.

Carpet was not clean. Facility is in need of renovation. Key card had to be replaced several times. Heat pump and TV were not user-friendly. Built-in lights for reading did not work. Staff had excuses but no fixes. Housekeeping was sporadic at best. Breakfast was limited to cereal, muffins, and "make your own" waffles. Coffee was frequently empty.

We loved staying at the Fairbanks Inn. The rooms are huge and perfect for us and out two dogs. The property is nicely kept up and is appealing. The owners are wonderful, helpful, and super friendly.

A place to lay our heads

We needed a place to stay for the night and this place was affordable for us. The bed was comfortable and the stay was quiet. My only complaint was that the heat was tricky to use and during the night I had to get up to turn it back up because it got very cold in the room. Overall the place was great for what we needed, a place to sleep.

I was looking forwards to the motel's advertised pool after a drive of five hours, only to be told that it was closed and had been for the entire season. When this is the property's main attraction, it kind of seems like something about which the inn should have notified Expedia!

It’s older than the pictures. The room was clean and it had a beautiful view with little deck but the slider wouldn’t open. They definitely need better lighting too. The staff was friendly and quickly got more towels when I asked.

Property area is fine and felt safe. However room interior was dirty (Vents dirty, cealing stains, pealing wallpaper in bathroom ect.) No AC, there was a unit in the room but was not hooked up. Was clearly known since a box fan was provided to blow air. Overpriced for the quality of stay.
