Plenty of onsite parking. Went to check in at the bar lovely warm welcome and we were taken to our room. When we checked in which about 20:55PM we asked what time the restaurant stops serving unfortunately it had already closed. We started unpacking and there was a knock at the door. One of team came to see if we would like soup, sandwiches or fish n chips as they would hate to know we were hungry. That was amazing as we stay away a lot each year and never had such good service. The food was plentiful and delicious. Breakfast was too again great service the team are very courteous, helpful and can’t do enough for you. My only drawback was the bed was uncomfortable so I didn’t get a good sleep. Other thank that a lovely place to stay and dine.

Lovely and well done out with all you need, great communication from the host. Easy to find, parking right outside the door. Well equipped rooms and friendly staff in the pub with nice food. Breakfast was a Harvest Festival in a paper bag - a nice croissant, butter, apple, cereal bar and an orange juice. Will definitely use again.

The staff at this pub with accommodation were possibly the most friendly that I've ever come across. The menu was very good and the food tasty and possibly the hottest thus freshest I've ever had. The restaurant had this working method which I usually don't like which is that no one person is responsible for you but in this case it worked seamlessly. The room was large, clean and well appointed although I have concerns about soundproofing due to the construction method but when I was there the occupation was low so I had no issues with that, just take earplugs just in case as I always do. Good shower, good continental breakfast in a bag. If there was one thing that I would change-and this isn't a deal breaker as the mattress was comfortable- is upgrade the mattress. This was by no means a fault in fact I'm happy to say that my stay was faultess and I would thoroughly recommend The Old Red Lion.
